Serenity Ponta Beach House At Boa Vida Estate is 4km north of Ponta Malongane. Serenity Beach House can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children in 4 Air-conditioned bedrooms. Kick your shoes off and unwind to the sounds of the sea.

Bedroom 1 – King size bed and ¾ bed with en-suite bathroom and master suite, which is detached from the main house.
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed.
Bedroom 3 – Queen Bed.
Bedroom 4 – Queen Bed and 3/4 Beds. En suite.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 shares 1 bathroom.
All linen is provided and bath towels are provided.
Your Space
There is a fully equipped Kitchen Which has a gas stove and there is a gas braai available.
There is a private walkway down to the beach.
The units at Boa Vida are built on a dune with magnificent sea views out your front doors and are perfect for a break from reality.
The Lodge, Hotel Phaphalati, shares its facilities with guests using the sea-facing private houses.
These facilities include a swimming pool, restaurant, bar, and games area.
The Boa Vida Estate houses are situated with uninterrupted and breathtaking ocean views and are fully equipped for a comfortable holiday.
You do need a 4×4 to get to Boa Vida Estate and should you have one there you can then drive 3 km South to Ponta Malongane or 11 km South to Ponta do Ouro to visit for the day.

Guest Access –
An off-road 4X4 vehicle is essential for access to the area and to Serenity Ponta Beach House, otherwise secure parking at Kosi Bay Border Post and a border transfer can be arranged at extra cost. Thereafter you will have to use the transfer company to arrange additional transfers if you need to get around in the area.
Staff Tip –
Please tip the staff at your discretion.

Other Things To Note –
Power cuts in the area are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please bring torches just in case.
Cellphone reception is a challenge that can be a blessing in disguise. You can get signals in some locations higher up on the dunes.
Mozambique sim cards and data can also be purchased in the local market in Ponta Malongane at reasonable prices.
The Estate uses borehole water which is usually brownish in colour. Should you prefer bottled water, it is available in the village and it is advisable to bring bottled drinking water.
Please note that we use a septic system and don’t flush other toilets besides toilet paper.
Guests must bring their own consumables e.g. (food and liquids, mosquito repellent, etc)
Keys to the unit can be collected from the Reception office at the Ponta Malongane Dive Camp after 2 pm. They should be dropped off again on the date of departure.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT to be paid on arrival. Refundable on departure. Any breakages and lost keys and/or remotes will be deducted from this deposit.
