VISTA BONITA WAKENE BEACH ESTATE

Vista Bonita is situated 30 meters from the beach. This Balinese-style villa is exactly what comes to mind when you fantasize about a laidback seaside getaway with family and friends. Days fall into an easy routine of waking up to the smell of ocean air, before sauntering down to the stunning beach for a day in the sun.

Situated among the endless beaches of Ponta Malongane, Vista Bonita at Wakene Beach Estate is located on 18 acres of Coastal Dune Forest with its own beachfront, 2 km North of Ponta Malongane, 7 km from Ponta do Ouro, and 15km from the Kosi bay border.

Vista Bonita sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 – Double bed – En suite with Shower – Sea facing.
Bedroom 2 – Double bed – En suite with Shower – Sea facing.
Bedroom 3 – Double bed – En suite with Shower – Forest view.
Bedroom 4 – Double bed – En suite with Shower – Forest View.
Lounge with sleeper couch for 2 extra people (Children)

All linen and bath towels are provided.

Vista Bonita is fully serviced with cleaning materials, linen, and bath towels as well as a full-time housekeeper.

The kitchen has a large island counter with stools and is open plan to the lounge with comfy chairs and a sleeper couch for extra children.
All the conveniences for self-catering.

210 Liter fridge/freezer combo.
Display fridge.
Chest freezer.
Microwave.
4-slice toaster.
Kettle.

The direct beach access, spacious deck, and sought-after indoor-outdoor flow make this beautifully decorated home a holiday dream. And, should you wish to cool off in the comfort of your own home, the sparkling splash pool should do the trick.
(Swimming pool Does NOT have safety nets)
The deck offers an alfresco dining table for 10 people.
A gas braai is supplied – No open fires allowed.

Breakage deposit – R 2000.00
A minimum of 2 nights stay and a minimum of 4 adults charge during low season.
Children 4-12 years – half price
Children 0-3 years – no charge
Minimum of 7 nights stays during peak season. Unit rate applies.

Guest Access –

An off-road 4X4 vehicle is essential for access to the area and Wakene Beach Estate, otherwise, secure parking at Kosi Bay Border Post and a border transfer can be arranged at extra cost. Thereafter you will have to make use of the transfer company to arrange additional transfers if you need to get around in the area.

Staff Fee – 
Vista Bonita at Wakene Beach Estate is serviced by a housekeeper once a day. 
There is a compulsory daily staff Fee.
R 150.00 per day per staff member (1).
This includes the day of arrival and the day of departure.
This will be added to your invoice for pre-payment.
The staff make beds, sweep, mop, wash dishes, clean bathrooms, etc.
The staff leave at 14h30.
Clients can discuss earlier departure times with staff.
Tipping other staff members on the estate such as
security and maintenance is not mandatory but is up to your discretion.

Other Things To Note –

Power cuts in the area are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please bring torches just in case. Cellphone reception is a challenge that can be a blessing in disguise. You can get signals in some locations higher up on the dunes. Mozambique sim cards and data can also be purchased in the local market in Ponta Malongane at reasonable prices. The Estate uses borehole water which is usually brownish in colour. Should you prefer bottled water, it is available in the Ponta Malongane village It is advisable to bring OR buy bottled drinking water.

Please note we make use of a septic system and don’t flush other products down the toilets besides toilet paper. Guests must bring their own consumables e.g. (food and liquids, mosquito repellent,  etc)
Keys to the unit can be collected from the housekeeper on arrival.

REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT of R 2000.00 payable 1 month before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure. Any breakages and lost keys and/or remotes will be deducted from this deposit. The balance will be refunded to your bank account.

Check-in: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Checkout: 10:00 AM
An R 800.00 charge will be levied for early check-in and late check-outs (2:30 pm – Latest).
No smoking.
No pets.
No parties, Loud music, or events/ functions will be allowed.
Reduced noise after 10 pm.
Should you not adhere to these rules then the Estate will retain the full breakage deposit.

Will be sent with reservation form.
