Paradise Ponta Beach House within the Vista Alta Estate in Ponta Malongane, Mozambique is situated in a coastal dune forest with access to the beach just 100 meters away. Beautiful sea views with 4 en suite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 people.

Paradise Ponta Beach House is Suitable for 9 adults + 1 child and has 4 separate bedrooms, each with bathrooms en suite. Ceiling fans are installed in all the rooms as well as the living area for your comfort.

The open-plan living area leads out onto a large outlook deck with a splash pool that adds to the decadence of your stay.

The living room has a large sofa facing a flat-screen TV with a DVD player.
Bring your own DSTV decoder and remote if you plan to spend some time indoors.
Large glass stacking doors lead out onto the deck – relax whilst overlooking the dolphins and whales in the beautiful Ponta Bay.

The modern kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped with all cutlery, crockery & cooking appliances including an ice dispenser.
Ceiling fans are installed in the lounge and all bedrooms.

24-hour security, daily cleaning service.
Short walk to restaurants and pubs.
180˚ Ocean view.

Swing chairs and hammocks are provided to relax and enjoy the views as well as dolphin and whale-watching from the deck.
A swimming pool is built into the deck with jacuzzi jets for a great massage.
The house is serviced once a day. A tip on departure would be greatly appreciated by the staff. A nature lover’s paradise with fantastic birdlife.

Rates

Basic 2 guest tariffs are:

Low Season Weekday – R2340.00 per night. 
Low Season Weekend – R2985.00 per night.  Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights.
High Season – R3630.00 per night.  (minimum 4 people)
Peak Season – R4920.00 per night. (minimum 8 people)
+
Additional guests charge for all seasons are R645.00 per person per night.  from 3 to a maximum of 10 guests.

Please note that there is a minimum 2 guest requirement for low season, a minimum 4 guest requirement for high season, and a minimum 8 guest requirement for peak season.

Guest access –

An off-road 4X4 vehicle is essential for access to Ama-Zing, otherwise, secure parking at Kosi Bay Border Post and a border transfer can be arranged. Thereafter you will have to make use of the transfer company to arrange additional transfers if you need to get around in the area.
The popular 360 Degree Bar/Restaurant is on the Estate (within walking distance).
Campismo Nino Estate Bar and Restaurant is right next door to the north.
Golden Beach Village Bar and Restaurant is next door to the south.

Other things to note –

Power cuts are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please light the candles and paraffin lamps provided, sit back and enjoy the ambiance!

For those rainy days, an OVHD is provided. If you prefer DSTV, please bring your own decoder, not forgetting the remote.

Ceiling fans are installed in all the rooms as well as the living area for your comfort.
Cellphone reception is a challenge that can be a blessing in disguise!!! The signal is generally available at 360 Restaurant when needed.

The Estate uses borehole water which is usually blackish in colour but safe to drink. The water available at all taps in the house goes through a 3-stage filtration process for your added comfort.
Please supply your own beach towels, toilet paper, and other consumables such as soap, shampoo, etc.

A REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT of R 2000.00 is payable with your balance due before arrival and refunded within 14 days of departure. Any breakages and lost keys and/or remotes will be deducted from this deposit. The balance will be refunded to your bank account. Please report any breakages to the housekeepers before you depart. If you find items broken on your 1st day of arrival, please report them to the housekeeper so that they can let the homeowner know.
