Casa Da Bella in Ponta Malongane within the Vista Alta Estate is a 9 sleeper self-catering cottage with a private splash pool. Nestled in a nature-lovers forest, escaping the racing city life. This Lovely air-conditioned self-catering house and comprises two units, situated 1 m apart, and can sleep 9 guests in total.

Sleeping arrangements

Unit A – Sleeps, 3 guests.
1 Bedroom with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Air-conditioned.
Full bathroom, bath, shower, and separate toilet.
Fully furnished kitchen.
Lounge with a single bed.
TV.
Mini HiFi.
Washing machine.
Lovely, spacious deck.
Unit B – Sleeps, 6 guests.
2 x bedroom with queen-size beds. 1 x bathroom with shower, basin, toilet.
Both bedrooms are Air-conditioned.
Lounge with sleeper couch (2 x single beds).
Fully furnished kitchen.
TV and DVD player.
Private deck on the roof with beautiful sea view.
The units can be rented separately in the low season if there are smaller groups.
All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
DSTV available, guests to bring their own decoder and smart card.
Access to the beach is just over 100m away.
The boma area is a braai-ers dream with a splash pool.
Bath towels and linen provided.
Guests must please bring their own swimming towels.
Units are serviced daily.

Your space

Deck chairs are provided to relax and enjoy next to the pool and experiencing the beautiful natural forest life with the ocean waves as background music.
The house is serviced once a day. A tip on departure would be greatly appreciated by the staff.
The splash pool is next to the house and private.
Communal braai area and pool between 2 units, but private from the rest of the estate.
Bath towels are provided but guests are requested to bring swimming towels.
By no means the bath towels are to be used for swimming.

Guest access –

An off-road 4X4 vehicle is essential for access to Ponta Malongane area, otherwise secure parking at Kosi Bay Border Post and a border transfer can be arranged. Thereafter you will have to make use of the transfer company to arrange additional transfers if you need to get around in the area.
The popular 360 Degree Bar/Restaurant is on the Estate (within walking distance).
Campismo Nino Estate Bar and Restaurant is right next door to the north.
Golden Beach Village Bar and Restaurant is next door to the south.

Other things to note –

Power cuts are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please make use of the energy saver lights, light candles provided, sit back, and enjoy the ambiance. For those rainy days, or the evenings when everyone just wants to relax after a fun-filled day on the beach, DSTV is available, please bring your own decoder with a smart card, not forgetting the remote.
Please supply your own beach towels, toilet paper, and other consumables such as soap, shampoo, etc.
Cellphone reception is a challenge that can be a blessing in disguise. The signal is generally available at 360 Restaurant when needed. Mozambique sim cards and data can also be purchased in the local market in Ponta Malongane at reasonable prices.
The Estate uses borehole water which is usually blackish in colour, which is safe drinking water. The water available at taps in the house goes through a 3-stage filtration process to further assist with its clarity. However, it is advisable to bring bottled drinking water.
Please note we make use of a septic system, don’t flush other products down the toilets besides toilet paper. Please bring 1 x ply toilet paper.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT – There is an R 1000.00 key and breakage deposit, payable when making your reservation.  This deposit will be refunded within 14 working days of checking out. Any breakages and lost keys and/or remotes will be deducted from this deposit. The balance will be refunded into your bank account within 14 days after departure.

No pets.
No parties or events. Reduced noise after 10 pm
