Nascer Do Sol within the Vista Alta Beach Estate, Ponta Malongane is a Luxurious holiday home, nestled in a nature-lovers forest, overlooking turquoise seas teeming with dolphins and whales. Located on the beachfront with direct access to the beach Nascer Do Sol Offers sensational sea views, this private home offers upmarket accommodation for up to 8 people.

The house offers 4 x luxurious bedrooms. 2 sea view bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with their own full bathrooms which will ensure maximum comfort.
A splash pool adds to the decadence of your stay.

The open plan kitchen and lounge with very comfortable couches.
Dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer provided.
Kitchen equipped with latest modern appliances (2 x microwaves, toaster, snackwich, electric kettle, kettle for gas stove).
Gas stove and oven.
2 x fridges.
1 x box deep freeze.
All linen supplied.
Bath and swimming towels supplied.
2 braai areas (1 x gas braai and 1 x charcoal braai).

A comfortable outdoor patio set and deck chairs are provided to relax and enjoy next to the pool, the views as well as dolphin and whale watching from your private deck.

DSTV – no need to bring decoder with the smart call, all is provided.

Guest access –

An off-road 4X4 vehicle is essential for access to the area, otherwise secure parking at Kosi Bay Border Post and a border transfer can be arranged. Thereafter you will have to make use of the transfer company to arrange additional transfers if you need to get around in the area.
The popular 360 Degree Bar/Restaurant is on the Estate (within walking distance).
Campismo Nino Estate Bar and Restaurant is right next door to the north.
Golden Beach Village Bar and Restaurant is next door to the south.

Other things to note –

Power cuts are a challenge and generally out of our control. Please make use of the LED energy saver lamps, sit back and enjoy the ambience. For those rainy days, or evenings when everyone just wants to relax after a fun-filled day on the beach, DSTV is available. There is also a mini HiFi – guests to please bring a USB with their choice of music.
Cellphone reception is a challenge that can be a blessing in disguise. The signal is generally available at 360 Restaurant when needed.
Mozambique sim cards and data can also be purchased in the local market in Ponta Malongane at reasonable prices.
The Estate uses borehole water which is usually blackish in colour, which is safe drinking water. The water available at taps in the house goes through a 3-stage filtration process to further assist with its clarity. However, it is advisable to bring bottled drinking water. Please note we make use of a septic system, don’t flush other products down the toilets besides toilet paper.
Please bring 1 x ply toilet paper.
Guests must bring their own consumables e.g. (food and liquids, sunlight liquid, washing detergents for clothes, mosquito repellent, 1 x ply toilet paper, etc)

Keys to the unit can be collected from the Reception office at Vista Alta Estate after 2 pm. They should be dropped off again on the date of departure between 8 am and 10 am.
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT of R 7500.00 needs to be paid with your reservation. A form with your banking details as well as your contact details needs to be completed. Any breakages and lost keys and/or remotes will be deducted from this deposit. The balance will be refunded into your bank account 3 to 5 days after departure.
